Dr. Natassa Stylianou – Panayi: Dr. Natassa Stylianou – Panayi has taught English as a Foreign Language for 20 years in private schools and was until recently an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Nicosia. She is a certified Adult Trainer by HRDA in Cyprus, a teacher trainer and an oral examiner. She holds a PhD in Education and a Master’s in TEFL. Her research interests focus on teaching and education; how to train teachers to motivate their students in learning foreign languages by using innovative methods based on constructivism approach. During the past years she has published papers in relation to motivation and code-switching, has participated in international conferences and has also joined as a speaker and attended several teaching training seminars. She is a full member of IATEFL and a board member of CyTEA. She is now a Project Researcher-Manager at RITE – Research Institute for Technological Evolution where she researches and manages different European Projects like Erasmus KA2 calls and Horizon ones.
Henrike Halekott: Henrike Halekotte is a project manager at blinc eG with a strong focus on ecological sustainability and climate action. With academic qualifications in Organic Farming (M.Sc.) and Ecosystem Management (B.Sc.), she brings expertise in biochar and circular economy approaches through her work in EU-funded projects such as THREE C, RE-DIRECT, CASCADE, and B4C. She also has hands-on experience in environmental education at a Regional Enviromental Education Center, including developing school gardens and teaching agricultural and biodiversity topics to students. Her contributions to the IL4SH Advisory Board are informed by her passion for promoting sustainable practices and her extensive background in both formal and informal environmental learning.
Professor Ljiljana Najev Čačija: Professor Ljiljana Najev Čačija is a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Split, where she teaches courses in Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategies, Customer Relationship Management, Project Planning, and Research-Based Project Work. Her academic and professional expertise lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship, marketing, and strategic project development. As a member of the IL4SH Impact Assessment Board, she provided a valuable professional review of the project results, with a particular focus on marketing perspectives and strategic improvement of dissemination and exploitation approaches. Her insights contributed to strengthening the clarity, positioning, and practical applicability of the project outcomes, especially in terms of communication strategies and long-term sustainability.
Agnieszka Rachwalska: Angiezka is a biology and chemistry teacher with experience working with children and young people. In my teaching, and she incorporates green practices and sustainability concepts, integrating curriculum content with real-world environmental challenges. In my lessons, I emphasize the practical applications of scientific knowledge, developing critical thinking, and developing pro-ecological competencies. She specializes in environmental education and sustainable development, and my goal is to inspire students to take conscious action to protect the environment and climate, both at school and in their everyday lives.
